Brad Dacus provides insight into the nature of some of the hundreds of cases that the Pacific Justice Institute is pursuing in its attempts to provide justice to those mistreated during the reign of terror waged during the COVID pandemic. Many thousands of members of the military were delisted because of their aversion to becoming vaccinated with an untested concoction. The PJI is working to get many of these soldiers reenlisted with back pay and the same rank. Hundreds of employers summarily dismissed their unvaccinated employees. The health care establishment waged medical apartheid against the unvaccinated, relegating them to medical Bantustans.
Mr. Dacus discusses the extent to which the PJI works with outside litigators, attempts to reach settlement, wages class-action suits, and structures contingency fee arrangements. He also talks about how the PJI is educating legislators about the folly of overreaching in times of crises.
Among the many interesting nuggets of information to arise out of this highly informative podcast were:
- The Red Cross is quietly soliciting blood donors among the unvaccinated.
- Of the 34 pregnant women that were administered Pfizer’s anti-COVID vaccine, 26 had miscarriages.
