The author of Business Model Validation, David Wanetick, has interviewed thousands of CEOs. He is a world-renowned expert on valuing emerging companies, technologies and intellectual property. His Company Valuation Reports and Patent Valuation Reports are used to facilitate transactions valued in the tens, or hundreds, of millions of dollars. He created and runs the Certified Patent Valuation Analyst and the Certified Emerging Company Analyst designations. David Wanetick is also a Managing Director at Merit Investment Bank, a middle-market boutique investment bank.
Mr. Wanetick is the author of seven books including The Strategic Negotiator: A Manual for Negotiating at the Elite Level, Solution Nation: One Nation is Disproportionately Responding to the World’s Most Intractable Problems and Plight of the Patentee.
