David Wanetick is also a Managing Director at Merit Investment Bank, a middle-market boutique investment bank.

Mr. Wanetick is the author of seven books including The Strategic Negotiator: A Manual for Negotiating at the Elite Level, Solution Nation: One Nation is Disproportionately Responding to the World’s Most Intractable Problems and Plight of the Patentee.
