The Threat of the World Health Organization with David Bell

The World Health Organization is not what it used to be. The World Health Organization should not be confused with the Red Cross.

A growing incidence of the WHO’s budget hails from directed funding, many of whose contributors have axes to grind and drugs to promote. The WHO is largely influenced by China which contributes less money to the WHO than Nigeria.

It is unclear how much funding is directed to the WHO’s administration and no organization has the authority to audit the WHO’s books. The WHO is an undemocratic organization whose Director General has complete control, without being burdened with the risk of appeal.

Now the WHO wants to force every country to implement its draconianly restrictive policies whenever it declares a health emergency. Oh, and the WHO is deleting the following line from its official policy positions: “full respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons.”

Guest Speaker:  David Bell, Senior Scholar at Brownstone Institute, is a public health physician and biotech consultant in global health. He is a former medical officer and scientist at the World Health Organization (WHO), Programme Head for malaria and febrile diseases at the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND) in Geneva, Switzerland, and Director of Global Health Technologies at Intellectual Ventures Global Good Fund in Bellevue, WA.
